![]() Given the fact that there are 8 outfits here (each with an invisible G8F hiding inside), the 29 minute render speed (with the G8F characters set not to render and not to cast shadows) was pretty impressive, given the fact that I have an ancient 760GTX video card. This was done super simple with plane primitives set to a berber carpet surface (for the floor) and a matte paint surface for the wall. If it makes you crazy that girls shop at a generic t-shirt rack from one of the two stores that are in most VNs and come out the dressing room with an elegant gown. The bene here is that the clothes on the rack are actual clothes that a character could wear (in this case G8F, but you could do the same for G3F or other Genesis base characters). Daz3d 3D models ready to view, buy, and download for free. Getting it to all work together required a little Daz3D trickery, but I am not super experienced with Daz3D so I figure others could figure out how to do it as easily as I could. I set surfaces for the rack, hanger, and hanger hook with default surfaces available in Daz3D (wood, chrome, different types of metal for the rack). Downloadsĭownload skin textures and character morph. There is a known bug in the shader when using undo. You are welcome to use these in any renders, private or commercial. Getting the effect I was after but I will keep trying :) ![]() I found some photos of South American beauties and attempted to get the same skin tone, sheen and translucence in CG form. There are now some superb textures and shaders representing various ethnicities available at Daz3d but, before starting this project, I didn't find many darker skinnedģd characters. I didn't achieve my goals but I did learn a few methods that work and even more that don't haha. No photos or scans of real skin (other than for study reference) but rather to create them solely from computer generated procedurals in Photoshop, Daz Studio andĬarrara. The intent was to create as realistic looking skin as possible using I started this ages ago as an experimentation/self challenge project. I hope to make a Carrara version in the future. D|S 2 and Poser Mat poses are included for your convenience but they don't look nearly as goodĪs the D|S 3 version. These materials were intended for use in Daz Studio 3. ![]() ![]() Free high resolution textures, material settings, Shader Mixer preset and a character morph-pose for ![]()
